- Rates during premium (peak) season, June 1 to September 30
- 2,000.00 per week Saturday 3:00 pm to Saturday 10 am (maximum 10 people), 100.00 per person per week in excess of 10 people. Off peak rate is 1,200.00 per week.
- Weekend rate is 800.00 (Friday to Sunday). Off peak rate is 500.00 per weekend.
- Deposit is 250.00 in advance to hold reservation due 60 days in advance, balance due 30 days prior to rental date.
- Long weekend rate is 1,000.00 during peak season and 750.00 off peak.
